TERMS & CONDITIONS:

All pass holders are limited to bringing two (2) items into the venue to be signed by the attending athletes and personalities. No backpacks or large bags (not including diaper bags) will be permitted.

By attending SPORTSCON or any affiliated events, you agree to allow SPORTSCON, its agents, licensees or assignees, the right to use your image and/or likeness by media now known or hereafter devised for advertising and/or other promotional purposes. You also agree not to take pictures or videos where posted or announced as prohibited and agree that any permitted photos or videos will not be used for any commercial purposes and will not be made publicly available or generally displayed without the prior written consent of SPORTSCON.

By registering for a paid or complimentary SPORTSCON pass you agree not to sell, trade, transfer or share your comp code, email confirmation, or pass. If SPORTSCON determines that you have violated this policy, SPORTSCON has the right to invalidate your pass and keep any money paid by you.
All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.

SPORTSCON will not honor passes that have been sold or provided by anyone other than SPORTSCON. You must wear and display your pass at all times while onsite and at any official SPORTSCON event. SPORTSCON reserves the right to refuse admission, to refuse service and/or to cancel/revoke your Member ID and/or pass at SPORTSCON’s discretion.

SPORTSCON may perform any of the following validation of passes on entry to any area of the convention. These measures are an effort to prevent illegal pass duplication and unauthorized reselling. SPORTSCON may scan a barcode, require a photo ID that matches the name on the pass, scan RFID embedded in the passes, and examine the passes with other technological and/or physical methods to verify the authenticity of the pass and holder. Before leaving any registration area, please make sure that the name on the pass matches your identification.

I understand that I must register an individual name for each pass and that each name must match a legal photo ID. If SPORTSCON determines that you have purchased more than one pass in your name for any day, SPORTSCON has the right to cancel your duplicate pass(es), and no refund will be issued.

All event and program rooms have limited capacity as set by the fire marshal. Even though your pass is required to get into all SPORTSCON events, it does not guarantee you access to any event if the venue has reached capacity. Registration and possession of a SPORTSCON pass does not guarantee access to or participation in any specific events such as autograph sessions, photographs session, meet & greets, etc.

Although SPORTSCON makes efforts to ensure the purchase of passes is easy, efficient, and equitable, SPORTSCON makes no guarantee, warranty, or representation that, by logging onto the SPORTSCON Web site, you are entitled to or will be able to purchase a pass. Due to the limited number of passes and the large volume of SPORTSCON Member ID holders, passes are sold as long as they are available. Please be advised that SPORTSCON passes sell out very quickly. Additionally, SPORTSCON makes no guarantee, warranty, or representation that the SPORTSCON Web site will function properly throughout the pass sales process. In the event that the SPORTSCON Web site malfunctions, SPORTSCON will try to rectify the problem in a timely fashion.

Notwithstanding, by using the SPORTSCON Web site you agree that IN NO EVENT SHALL SPORTSCON, ITS PRINCIPALS, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THE WEB SITE OR THE PASS SALE AND REGISTRATION PROCESS, OR FROM YOUR ATTENDANCE AT AND PARTICIPATION IN SPORTSCON OR ANY EVENT AFFILIATED THEREWITH.

MEMORABILIA ALLOWANCE:
SPORTSCON will allow ONE memorabilia item per ticketholder ages 5 and up. If registrants desire to have additional items autographed by attending athletes and personalities, they may purchase memorabilia from our sponsors. This policy will be strictly enforced and anybody who is found to be in violation of the one-item rule may be asked to forfeit their pass and leave SPORTSCON.

PASS PRIVACY NOTICE:
SPORTSCON does not rent, sell, lend or give its mailing list to anyone other than parties that need the information to assist in producing our events (e.g., the registration and housing companies).

SPORTSCON RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE.

The above terms & conditions apply to all SPORTSCON pass purchases and registrations. Registrations for exhibitors, professionals, press, trade professionals, vendors, retailers, program participants, volunteers, and staff may be subject to additional restrictions outlined during the online pass registration process.
